Articles are reviewed by Hank Whitfield, our Editor. Hank has been writing about backyard BBQ and pellet smoking since the early Traeger days. He covers grill comparisons, wood pellet pairings, and recipes that actually work for weeknight cooks.

We don't fabricate testing claims. When we say a product is worth picking, we say so on the basis of what's verifiable — owner reports, manufacturer specs, and independent reviews. Where consensus is split, we say that too.
